See film I.D. 1892.05 for commentry.

Mr J.A. Whitehead presenting new boats to the Richmond Boys Naval Brigade. His sons were members of the brigade. One of the skiffs was apparently named 'Rodney Whitehead' and another the 'Beatrice Amsden.'
