    M/S of man wearing large fancy dress style pointy hat (presumably he is supposed to be the Mayor of Bloomsbury. He cuts ribbon to re-open the streets. M/S's of the Mayor and man dressed in far eastern style robes next to him. They are surrounded by hundreds of people on the streets cheering and waving, helping to give the event a carnival atmosphere.

    L/S's of the Mayor giving very animated speech from podium in street. M/S's of the Mayor and flat capped workmen smiling and laughing and drinking the free beer.
