President Ahmadou Ahidjo of the Cameroun arrived in Brussels, the Belgian capital, today (Tuesday) on his current tour of Europe, and was greeted at the airport by King Badouin.

Background: President Ahmadou Ahidjo of the Cameroun arrived in Brussels, the Belgian capital, today (Tuesday) on his current tour of Europe, and was greeted at the airport by King Badouin. The President later laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Brussels.
After his arrival, President Ahidjo went with the King to inspect a Guard of Honour made up of members of the military police. The two leaders then drove in a motorcade to the Royal Palace, and President Ahidjo later visited the Unknown Soldier's Tomb. The Cameroun President will be in Belgium on his official visit until Friday.
President Ahidjo has also officially visited Yugoslavia on his present tour, and made a private visit to France, where he met President De Gaulle at the Eylsee Palace in Paris. Later he will go on to Moscow for a State Visit to the Soviet Union.
