  • Description

An Australian teenage stunt motor cyclist is claiming a world record after jumping 25 cars at the Newcastle motor drome in the Australian state of New South Wales on Monday (29 May).

SYNOPSIS: The motorcyclist was Dale Buggins - just 17 years old. That's one year younger than Eddie Kidd, of Britain, whose record he was setting out to break. Buggins set out to jump 25 cars - three more than Eddie Kidd and six more than the most publicised stunter - Evel Knievel of the United States.

And there on goes...into the record books. The last time he tried a multiple car jump he ended up with broken bones. Not so this time and now he's aiming even higher - a face to face contest with Evil Knievel in September.
