Background: General strike was started early this morning through Japan as the government authorities and the governmental workers unions did not agree the terms and conditions though the government side offered about 15 starlings raise a month per person. But, the governmental worker's union side refused this proposition as they want 30 starlings a month raise per person and also refusal of dismiss of personnel who involved in the last strike. At 04:20 a.m., all the national railway services were suspended as usually the commuters train arrives and depots at every two minutes at Shinjuku station which was empty. The railway trunks were no commuter's train working this morning. Those who come up to the station by private railways line must to find out taxi or any empty trucks or ordinary cars asking to lift them to the certain position. However, it is very difficult to find out peeper cars bounding for the right directions they want. Meanwhile, Shibuya station where 300,000 people used to come over here to interchange to the city was entirely closed and those who want to get on the only one bus line which is working between here to the city is packed up like sardines and a long line of the people are stand by to get on the bus which comes 15 or 20 minutes as it is overcrowded. The automobiles and special microbes which are loading those who come to the town lined up on the street. It takes more than four or five times of ordinary day's hour to reach the centre of the city due to traffic jam.
On the other hand, domestic air lines, All TKC Airways worker's union joined in this general strike and all the domestic flights were cancelled which handled nearly 150 flights throughout Japan was suspended since early this morning. The ticket office must pay back the ticket and cancellation of the tickets were accepted. Confusion will continue until Saturday night.
