Top view small girl wandering around with a flag in each hand. G/V plane taxiing in. C/U children cheering and waving flags. C/U Queen Elizabeth II, Duke of Edinburgh (Prince Philip) and Hon. Alvin Hamilton descending from plane. Mr Hamilton introduces Queen to Mayor of Whitehorse, G.R. Cameron and his wife. Small children cheering. C/U small girl (of Inuit origin) presenting bouquet to Queen.

As the train draws away the camera with the Queen and the Duke wave from the observer cars.
