    The event took place on 13 September 1969.

    "Mauger" is multiple World Champion Ivan Mauger, (despite the commentator calling him "Ivor"!).

    "Edward Janzarz" should read Edward Jancarz.

    "Harrysson" is Torbjorn Harrysson.

    "Mr Marsh" is Richard Marsh.
