They are Garij Napalkov of Russia who wins the gold, Kasaya of Japan who wins silver and Grini of Norway who wins the bronze. Various shots of the walkers in actions during the 30 km walk. The eventual winner is Viaceslav Vedenin of USSR. Second was Gerhard Grimmer of East Germany and third Norwegian Odd Martinsen.
