The man makes a speech about the aims of the group which is to teach people to make beer at home as a way to subvert the Prohibition laws and beat the bootleg liquor makers. He is speaking to people interested in home brewing.

    CU of man as he makes a toast - 'Here's to home brew until we get the real beer back.' He asks the viewing audience how they fancy a long cold glass of beer. He take several swigs from a glass of beer, exclaiming 'boy that's good' and leaving foam all over his moustache.
