    Will Rogers makes speech in support of the presidential candidate Franklin D. Roosevelt. (therefore this presumably dates from 1932 or 1933). The noted comic says he is not wasting any oratory on a prospect, he wants FDR to come back as President. FDR laughs at this joke.

    Intertitle reads: "Later, a dazzling night pageant climaxes reception."
