He is determined to keep the site... he is concerned about the people... they have nowhere else to go... the council refuses to help them LV. Mrs Chilinski puts rubbish in dustbin. She has been on the site for four months. CU. Mrs Chilinski. Mr Davison brushing pram and Mrs Davison walks out of caravan holding baby to put baby in pram. TV. Bill Simon interviewing Mr Web seated in his caravan, his daughter sits in his lap. SCU. Mr Webb speaking (natural sound). He talks about how happy he s there and how awful it would be to leave. LV.
