Various shots show a woman pegging out long johns, bloomers and other washing on a rotary drier in her back yard. She switches on the motor and the dryer starts spinning around at quite a speed.

We then see some little Red Setter puppies being bathed and rubbed dry by women and a little girl in nurses uniform. The puppies are put into socks and hung on an indoor washing line to dry (Pathe loves doing that!).
