    Reducing this clip's current date range, given that this is a WWII victory parade we can be pretty sure the footage is from either 1945 or 1946.

    "General Dempsey" is General Miles Dempsey.

    "Air Marshal Tedder" is Arthur Tedder.

    "Air Marshal Harris" is Arthur Harris.
