    Various shots, an unusual exhibition of film and photographs of the Makiritare Indian Tribe (probably at the Ethnographic Museum), the product of an expedition made in 1962 to the primeval forests of Venezuela. Full screen, film of young Indians in a dug out on the river, then coming ashore with supplies. CU Still of a village hut with sloping roof. CU Expedition photographer, the Dutch / Hungarian painter Ata Kando, points out how her work should be hung. (2 shots). CU Shots of young Indians. Full screen, film of villagers amongst their dwellings, a mother with her two children finishing a clay pot and two men work on starting a fire with a stick.

    Various shots, Hungarian Dr Janos Baumgartner unpacking his unique collection of 212 pieces of cultural artefacts collected from the Piarona, Motilon and Vajka Indian tribes living along the Orinoco and Ventuari rivers. Amongst the items are a necklace made of jaguar claws and ornamental head dresses. CU Necklace of jaguar teeth. MS Bags of woven raffia.
