M/S of the men on the balcony; Breen leans over the balcony and parts a pair of curtains to reveal a plaque, people sitting in the surrounding stand remove their hats as a sign of respect. Panning shot over a crowd; some stand on the pitch of a sports stadium, others sit in more stands.

    Intertitle: "Mr. P. D. Breen, President Central Branch G.A.A. delivering his oration".

    M/S of man (not Breen) giving a speech from the balcony, he wears a daisy in the lapel of his jacket.

    My grandfather PD Breen is actually the first person speaking in this video, not the second as suggested. He was GAA President 1924-1926.
