Priest speaking at podium in a small platform w/ German imperial cross on front.

    German officers; military leaders in World War One; stand watching; a young boy w/ them stares at camera. Shots of huge crowd in park. Looking over crowd to memorial being unveiled; a statue of naked man in front of monument w/ eagle over list of war casualties. A few men lay wreaths. Next; crowd watch as soldiers; veterans parade.
