Soviet delegate Mr Gromyko makes speech in Russian in favour of Albania being admitted to UNO.
Mr Hershel Johnson, the United States delegate, moves that the vote on Albania being adjourned until after the discussion on Albania. Proposal endorsed by United Kingdom delegate Sir Alexander Cadogan, if the application of Mongolia is also to be deferred.
Greek delegate Vassili Demdramus speaks in French, saying that Albania shall not be admitted to the UNO.
