    Reducing this clip's current date range of 1960-69, the D-registered Sunbeam car at 3:23 means this footage can have been shot no earlier than 1966.

    Perhaps narrowing the date range still further, the window sign at 3:12 saying "Welcome Prince Charles" strongly suggests that in fact the year in question is 1969 - in that year, Price Charles spent a term at the University of Wales.

    At the very least, then, the clip's date range can be reduced to 1966-69, (with the strong probability of it being 1969).
