    The incident described here took place on 12 October 1937.

    The commentary makes reference to a second gangster killed - that was Clarence Lee Shaffer.

    The commentary also references a third gangster being captured - that was James Dalhover.

    Could not a different title be given to this clip, that perhaps better represents it's content?
