The "Tank Bank" featured here is the Mark VI British tank No. 130, named "Nelson".

My grandfather, the renowned violinist Albert Sammons, played his violin on this tank in Trafalgar Square as part of this War Bond initiative. At the time he was a member of the Band of the Grenadier Guards. There is a photograph of him doing this (The Times?) which is on the Internet. The photo was used by The Strad magazine in a centenary issue and by St Martin's in the Fields' 2014 Annual Review (on the Internet).
