    Building site - earth movers and cranes being used on large site. Man walks through mud in wellies and two men pull a large pipe along towards a pool of water. Shots of men at work on the site. Surveyor looks through a measuring device. Buildings take shape as bricks are set in place. Pipes are laid in a ditch. Man does a wheelie in a tractor as he drives through lots of mud. C/U of the plans for the building - looks like it will be quite grand. Man uses a broom to sweep mud. Bricklaying. Man walks away from the camera through mud.

    We do not see the "after" - only the "before".
