I was part of the Women's Services Display Team on the Royal Tournament in 1963, I have had no luck in finding any film of the event....tame though it was, I would love to be able to see any footage of our efforts, can you shed any light on this for me please ?

    Many thanks

I was thrilled to see my father, Flight Sargent David Thomas, in this clip (including the three great stills of him). I remember going to see the Royal Tournament in London and watching their performance. I believe the team traveled extensively that year, even coming down to Australia.

Thank you for making available to the public.

I am the son of the Flight Lieutenant in the film.
I remember well when it was filmed, the Royal Tournament itself and the tour to Australia where, apparently, the display team warmed up a venue for The Beatles (I have a newspaper cutting somewhere).

    May I make a request?
I am sure my father would love to have his name spelled correctly: Monteith-Hodge.

    Thanks. ;o)))
