    "a car is suspended" - this car is known as the "Triplex Ogle GTS (Glazing Test Special)", a special one-off project car built by the car manufacturer Ogle using a modified Reliant Scimitar GT body-shell.

    The car was owned for a while by Prince Philip. It still exists in 2014, and can be seen here....
