    "Dr Kozak" is Antonin Kozak.

    "Harald Wiesman" in text and tags should read Harald Wiesmann.

    The names of "Kotynek" and "Svoboda" MAY also be incorrect, they require further research.

    Further to my earlier comment the name of "Svoboda" IS correct. His full name is Jan Svoboda, and he's mentioned in the attached newspaper article of the era, reporting the sentences handed out to the defendants....
