    A short trailer film encouraging drivers to volunteer for the Hospital Car Service.

    A woman doctor tells a mother to take her son for treatment three times a week. The mother says she can't afford it. The doctor turns to the camera and explains that regular treatment is vital. VS of people having problems getting transport. The doctor asks people with cars to volunteer for the Hospital Car Service to drive people to hospital. or the doctors. VS of people being helped into volunteers cars. The doctor explains that the Government will give a small allowance to the cost.

    End title reads: "To Volunteer For The Hospital Car Service". The titles then list various ways to volunteer.

    "VS of people being helped into volunteers cars" - the second car, appearing at 0:32, is a Wolseley, (probably a Wolseley 18/85).
