    Macdonald introduces the American representative Stimpson. There is a pause before he starts his speech as the R-100 airship can be heard flying over. The statesmen look up. Stimpson talks briefly. Macdonald introduces Dino, conte di Grandi, followed by the Japanese delegate Reijiro Wakatsuki who gives speech in Japanese. Group shots of the delegates and Macdonald talks about the need for getting on with "business" as "time is flying very fast.
