Various shots of tortoises sat together. M/S as large 150 year old one called James is picked up. M/S as his shell is scrubbed, the boy turns him over and washes his underside. C/U of the boy cleaning him. Various shots as he scrubs the tortoise then turns him the right way up. M/S of little tortoise having his underside polished. M/S of tiny tortoise being held up. M/S as oil is poured over James's shell and rubbed in to prevent it getting too dry after washing. C/U as he stick his head out. M/S as he moves off, C/U of his shell. M/S as he is fed a banana, the keeper rubs his head.
