    Opens with scene of the Prime Minister Lloyd George in the street meeting women war workers - some in military uniforms; others probably munitions workers. DS large crowd in street; pushing etc. as procession heads away. L-G meets local officials. Then another DS crowd packed in tightly on sides; just leaving room for cars and soldiers in procession. Military drill. Looking down rows of soldiers with bayonets pointed up. They lift rifles to shoulders. L-G & officers walk past. L-G talking to officer; with Mayor (?). Cool shot of procession driving through streets of Welsh town; tracking shot with camera mounted on automobile facing backward.

    Car full of men; 3 top hats; 3 small hats. Next; tracking shot at back diag. angle of people on street side; children held in mothers' arms; many women; cottages in BG. Dark segment. Repeat of 2 shots. Finally; at brief shot of the factory girls lined up on side of street. Then a parade. Stylish auto; police on horseback; a marching band; men walking. L-G's car approaches; seen over waving hands & handkerchiefs; he sits hatless in back. Men on horses follow - military group; Welsh ?. More cars. Women war workers march; then Navy. All this is rather like an election campaign event.
