    First pictures of the early stages of events in the Sedjenane-Mateur front. M/S of a signpost at Sedjenane pointing the way to El Guetma and Cap Serrat. Various shots of commandos and other soldiers receiving replacement kit during a break in action on the Sedjenane front.

    M/S of some Free French commandos having a wash in a field near Tebourba. C/U of the commandos show an American-type telescopic cosh and a small raiding knife.

    M/S of a Bren gun carrier passing Mateur signpost. Three pigs walk across a railway line.

    Various shots showing the geography of Tunisia; the rolling mountains and the Medjerba River. Allied gun emplacements at the ready are seen along the front. Anti-aircraft guns seen in action on the sky raiders over the area.

    Three Boston bombers are seen flying overhead on their way back to base are followed by a formation of 'Lightnings', the newest fighters from the Lockheed factories.
