    Athletes set off at a run at the start of a long and testing endurance race. Crowds cheer them on as they start.

    Shots of the athletes as they arrive at the change over to their bicycles. One of the riders is knocked of his bike by another competitor.

    Shots of athletes rolling and crawling under netting of wire (similar to part of an army assault course). People lean over and watch.

    They run along the river bank and dive into the water at the appropriate point. They swim along in the river.

    The tired winner climbs out of the water at the finishing point and race officials note down his number. CU of race winner.
