    Men carrying standards gather round the Victory Bell, which is huge and mounted on a wooden scaffold. C/U of bell with men standing behind. A man on a scaffold pulls the bell rope while others salute. The bell mounted on the back of a lorry drives through "Arc De Triomphe" followed by crowds.

    Note: It is a stunning patriotic display, performed at the Arc de Triomphe, with all its grandeur.
