Titles read: "THE STORY OF Our Earth-born Moon."

Various shots of photographs of the moon, showing craters on the surface.

Animated diagrams illustrate the creation of the moon as it grew out of the earth 4 billion years ago. We then see the moon at its present distance from earth

Commentator gives us mind boggling details about the moon getting further and further away from the earth so that each day on earth will be 47 of our present ones. After untold billions of years the moon will come back towards earth, causing massive tidal waves and eventually shattering because of the pull of the earth.

We see a picture of what earth will look like, with a ring of shattered moon pieces around it like Saturn. View of earth at this future time shows the ring around the planet and the shadow of earth moving across it through the night.

I find this story quite disturbing!
