Dr. Dain then speaks against Government interference in the new Bill. C/U of Labour M.P. for Islington West Doctor Haden Guest explaining the Bill and its benefits. Various shots of x-rays and examinations. M/S as doctors put a child's leg in plaster. L/S of mothers and babies in a ward. Various shots of children eating in hospital. Dr. Guest ends by repeating that people will not be charged under the new bill.
