M/S of airmen in reading room of an RAF (Royal Air Force) Hospital. A jolly looking woman hands out books to jovial airmen. Various shots of two men hanging from wall bars in hospital gymnasium. A doctor supervises them as they do physiotherapy exercises. M/S of three men playing gentle game of football (two are on crutches). M/S of circle of men playing catch with a medicine ball.
We see nurses and some of the more able patients running out of hospital and onto snow covered lawn. Great shots of snow ball fight between airmen patients and nurses. Lots of flirting - one of the airmen scoops up one of the nurses in his arms!

Various shots of the fighter pilots putting on their parachutes and climbing into their aircraft. The aeroplanes are a gift from the people of Burma, hence their name - The Burma Squadron.
