L/S of the parade with many horses pulling the ornate royal carriage, they are followed by other military men on horseback, other guards line the side and people watch. M/S of the horses and carriage coming to a stop at parliament building, King Fouad gets out and is greeted by other dignitaries.
Intertitle - 'Zagloul Pasha.' Egyptian Premier Zagloul Pasha walks through the gates and greets his colleagues. M/S as they wait at the door, the King emerges and salutes as he gets back into his carriage. M/S as they ride off.
M/S from the side as the carriage drives along and comes around a corner towards the camera. L/S of many people waving at the camera and lifting their hats as it pans across them. Various shots of the members of parliament waiting outside. M/S of the royal coach, the guards get on. M/S of the King inside parliament sat on a huge throne. M/S of men sat round the side and on a balcony, various shots of parliament in session. M/S as they emerge from the building.
