A group of dignitaries are gathered on a balcony. A Scottish flag is handed over to one of the men.

A Scottish bag pipe band leads a parade down a street. Behind them ride men on horseback lead by a man carrying the flag unfurled.

A civic dignitary offers a snuff case to some of the riders. The man (possibly a Mayor) offers the snuff to people gathered to watch (including several women). One of the women sneezes after taking the snuff.
