• Short Summary

Harmony singing trio The Rhythm Sisters perform 'Weather Man' in the studio.

  • Description

Titles read: 'Now Pathe Pictorial has pleasure in presenting - Another famous Broadcasting Harmony Act THE RHYTHM SISTERS in "Weather Man".'

    Pathe Studio, London.

Various shots of the three Rhythm Sisters in evening gowns at the grand piano; one plays while the other two stand either side. They sing a gentle swing song called 'Weather Man', about how bad the weather is for them and wanting their share of the good weather. The sisters sing in close three-part harmony, somewhat similar in style to the Boswell Sisters - they're pretty good!

Shots are intercut showing extreme weather - typhoons, rain, clouds and so on.
