THE OLD GUARDS AKA COLDSTREAM GUARDS INVESTITURE (1920).

The gent in the bowler hat seen conversing with the general officer at 0.50-on is Lt. Col. John Mackenzie-Rogan, who had just retired in 1920 after having been Director of Music of the Coldstream Guards\' Band since 1896 and Senior DoM to the Brigade of Guards since 1900.
