    Judge Robert Worth Bingham, the new US Ambassador to the Court of St. James comes out of the America Embassy. He poses for the cameras and puts on his top hat. He is accompanied by Major General Sir John Hanbury Williams, of the Diplomatic Corps. They climb into a coach.

    We see military attaches from the US climbing in to a following coach.

    The coaches leave on their journey to Buckingham Palace. Various shots from the journey.
