  • Description

Full title reads: "Brooklands. The Motor Racing Drivers' 'Derby' S. C. Davis & the Earl of March in an Austin - win thrilling 500 mile race at 83.41 mph. Nearly 80 cars, from Baby Sevens to giant racers competed."

    Brooklands, Surrey.

Racing cars stand on the start line giving off a lot of exhaust fumes. They move away from the start.

Various shots of motorcars racing around the famous banked track at Brooklands.

Another set of cars are started on their lap. More shots of cars on track.

One of the cars comes in to the pits. Presumably it is one of the winners as people come over to congratulate the driver.

Shot of two fairly mucky looking drivers - Mr Davis and the Earl of March. Davis speaks about the conditions of the race.

N.B. Combined print - sound goes out of sync.
