    King Edward VIII (Prince of Wales, Duke of Windsor) visits textiles exhibition at British Industries Fair. Various shots of King entering and walking around exhibition with entourage. He stops to talk to Mr. R. Houghton, vice chairmen of the Lancashire Indian Cotton Committee and to watch women scientists examining raw cotton through microscopes. Some good C/Us of the King.

    Various shots of British and Empire textiles fashion show ("mannequin parade"). Glamorous models walk up cat walk in variety of latest fashions - wedding dresses, night-gowns, under wear and swimsuits.
