Work in a Hungarian foundry - various shots of men at work.
Story about foundry workers in Hungary.
L/S of a foundry with a big vat of steaming and sparking metal in the foreground. The vat is transported by trolley through the foundry. The molten metal is poured down a gully and the camera follows its journey through the foundry.
Lumps of the red hot iron are pulled from the furnace and moved to a machine which shapes the metal. Red hot metal is moved through the factory on an overhead conveyor system. The metal is to be used for railway tracks. We see the metal being squashed into shape. Various shots of the foundry in operation.
