L/S of huge crowds watching. M/S of the Prince and officials on a platform, he makes a speech. M/S as he takes the key to the hall from another soldier and salutes. M/S as he walks up to the door. M/S as they all enter, a lady follows with a large wreath. M/S of the Prince talking to soldiers in a line. M/S as he walks along and meets other people. L/S of the hall with everyone is front, M/S of the dome, the camera pans down to people walking around it and going in.
