    Several shots show a large crowd gathered before a memorial - a stone arch over a gate - where a clergyman is conducting a service. The American and British flags are crossed over the memorial stone; they are parted to reveal a dedication plaque. M/S of the gate from the other side; part of the crowd and some sailors are seen from behind.
