    People sit at umbrella-covered tables on the former croquet lawn; children play on swings and slides in a playground area; adults play tennis on a court and wander about the beautiful gardens.

    "C/U of a sign reading 'Sanita' - could be the new name of the estate?" - yes, the sanitation department re-named the estate "Sanita". As of 2013, it's called the "Oheka Castle Hotel and Estate".
