M/S of a high ranking officer in a tricorne hat pinning shamrock to the tunic of another officer. We then see both officers standing behind the table with the woman, one at a time a line of soldiers come up to collect their bits of shamrock.

    C/U of the woman giving out shamrock, she is surrounded by serious looking soldiers in busbies. M/S of a soldier giving out shamrock to a line of soldiers in tam-o'-shanters, carrying bag pipes. M/S of a soldier pinning a piece of shamrock to the collar of an Irish wolf hound (the regiment mascot?).
