Title: "Chief Scout - Sir R. Baden-Powell attends monster Rally of local Boys".
M/S of a large canoe full of scouts moored at the edge of the River Wensum. Three Scout Masters climb down a ladder and get into the boat (presumably one is Baden Powell), several policemen are on hand to offer assistance. A crowd of people watch from the river bank. Panning shot follows the canoe paddling down the river, press photographers stand on the bank taking pictures of Baden Powell. Various point of view shots from the back of the boat of three canoes coming down the river.
C/U of Baden Powell saluting, two scout masters stand beside him. A troop of scouts in the background leap up from the ground to salute him back. Nice C/U of a group of scouts cheering and waving their caps in the air. M/S of Baden Powell being helped out of the canoe.
The rest of the shots are mostly same or similar to those used in earlier part of story. Some more shots of a troop of scouts standing in the Cathedral Close and walking past the Anglican Cathedral.
