    Pan down office building with Levy Estate Agent sign and super titles. Two primitive paintings of early London shops. Mr Joseph Levy greets guests as they arrive at the Criterion Restaurant for a reception, a lady hostess pins red flowers on their jackets. Those arriving include Mr Horan factory manager, Charles Forte, James Wishhard, Mayor of Westminster Sir Charles Merton, the Bedser twins, Jack Cotton, Charles Clore, Robert Clark. WS reception room full of guests. More arrivals are named, Sam Franks and son David, Mr MacNamara building contractor, David Clore, Mr Quest Mayor of Marylebone, Mr Lyall associate of J. Levy, Mr Norman Roundstein. Mr Forte and Hurshman look at a model of Office Block and shopping centre planned for the charring Cross end of the Strand. It is very square. More arrivals, Mr Cope of Friends Provident, Mr Peter May "who needs no introduction". Guests talk together, smoke cigars and drink Champagne as they look at the models of square office blocks including a very square one planned for Victoria Street near Parliament. All seem very pleased with the models. Mr Levy chats with Mr Lane chief planning officer for the L.C.C.
    We are shown a series of paintings of planned Square office blocks and High rise buildings
    followed by completed buildings on the South Bank of the Thames including Monsanto House "buildings fit for the London of today" and an eyesore for tomorrow. Mr and Mrs Levy proudly flick through a book of their buildings.
