Various shots of a 15 year old boy (Charlie?) getting into his home made diving suit. An older man (probably his father) helps him to put it on and some other boys assist. He wears a strange diving helmet that he has made himself, air is pumped into it. C/U of him adjusting the valve on his helmet.
He lowers himself into the water. M/S of his friends on the surface - one of them pumps air into the suit with a motorcycle pump. Shots of the water - we can see the outline of the boy underwater. He emerges from the water and the narrator makes a joke about recovering gold bullion from the harbour.
