The 'Arromanche' C-aircraft carrier loaned to France by Britain on manoeuvres. Documentation states in the open sea in front of the military harbour of Toulon, the biggest aircraft carrier of the French navy, stages landing manoeuvres. The safety crews and landing crews obey to the orders given by the 'Batman' and when tiny black spots appear in the clear sky, they are all ready to perform the delicate operations needed for a good landing on the narrow landing platform of the 'Arromanche'. The 'Arromanche' is the ex-colossus of the British navy which has been loaned to France by England for a five year period until the French navy can build up her new navy forces.
